Gold’s Cypress Creek is large and fully equipped with ample resistance machines and cardio machines – all nicely spaced out.
It has all the basics to satisfy most gym-goers, as a result, with enough equipment to prevent waiting around for your next exercise!
This Gold’s also offers daily group fitness classes (everything from yoga and Zumba to bodypump), personal training, and sauna facilities.
And on the higher memberships, you can also gain access to Gold’s Cedar Park, which has an indoor basketball court.
