A Must Try Instructor at The "Nox"
I once spent a whole lot of time running around NYC to various Equinox locations trying out different spin instructors. I was like Goldilocks just looking for the perfect mix of intensity, music, location and schedule. I definitely found an instructor that was "just right" in Gregg Cook. His class is in a word, awesome. He has a really cool vibe about him that gets you working at an intense level, but not in a way that is stressful - which is how I sometimes feel with intense instructors. I don't think I can really explain it in words, but go to his class and you'll get it.
