I went because a friend recommended and went with me, and to this day every class or instructor she recommends turns out to be great. This time, I was like what the heck? At first I thought he was a little too eccentric for me, but I don't give up and try not to judge, so I went ahead and opened my mind a little more, and then it hit me! I realized that Darryl is here to share his beautiful energy. He is one of the instructors that can make you wanna fly without getting on the bike once during the class. Before taking his class, I always like instructors that would sweat it out on the bike with you the entire ride. After Darryl's class I realized that it is all about energy, love for people and care. Daryl really cares! Register in advance and enjoy the ride! Did I mention he has some sweet tunes as well?!!
