Equinox Legend
I can't say enough good things about Darryl Gaines. He is an Equinox legend and his classes are full of positive energy and passion. You'll be pouring sweat by the end. He runs around the room encouraging everyone to go faster and push harder and "show him something new." I'm a devotee and find myself following him around the city to take his class at all of the different Equinox studios. Once you get to know him expect to hear him yell your name and encourage you throughout the class. This may not be for everyone but I find it gives me the motivation I need to get an even more intense workout.
