Fact: There's a two way tie for best instructor at Barry's Bootcamp. Fact: There may be no better class on the planet than that of Joey's. He pushes you until you just cant do any more. And then he pushes you some more. When you grab a weight, he will tell you if you are wasting your time. It's your money and he is the last person that wants you leaving a class thinking you didn't give 110%. I'm not going to turn this review into a Joey love rest. If you are looking to change your body and want the best workout possible, well he is the best. Fact: Joey outside of Barry's has proven to be one of the best individuals I have ever met. Want proof?
