I took a class from Jennifer and was really impressed. Most of NYHRC's classes aren't very good, but this was an exception. The room was packed with lots of regulars, and at the onset of class Jennifer explained her style (pretty quick moving, dynamic Vinyasa). She was doing demos of the flow sequence at the begining to get warmed up/give us a demo. Once things got started, she was very clear in instruction and guidance, and her music was great (I love yoga classes with modern, upbeat music). She had some fun dubstep and other tunes to really help you get into the flow. As promised, class was pretty quick moving and with all the bodies in the room, I definitely broke a sweat. By the time we got to Shavasana I definitely felt it.
