Kira leads this killer class with her powerhouse body and always a bit of pink to show her girly side. She is funny, focused and keeps you moving so that you barely notice time is almost up. She is no-nonsense and direct but with a light side. She understands what gets you pumped up~ fun pop music is turned up during the hardest moves and stretches are done to more mellow music. Kira carefully works your arms, legs, butt and abs into submission (and gorgeous shape) but is always very careful to make sure you are in proper form. For anyone who has every left a class with their neck sore or a shoulder issue you know how important this is. Twice a week for a few weeks and you will be strong and inspired to keep coming back.
