Life changing, literally. This practice is more than just a cardio class. My first piece of advice: Stay with it and turn off your brain. The cardio in this class is great and even if you're not speaking (which you should). What I love about this class is not only the challenging cardio, but the affirmations as well that really highlight just how self defeating one's mind can be when challenged and how each of us is empowered to rise about. Darbi helps push through all that as do all the smiling, vivacious & sweaty people around you. For an hour each week you feel a part of something bigger and it rocks! A wonderful side benefit is the sense of community that pervades this class.
