Ok...this is THE class to take if you want to feel that you had the workout of your life and "emptied out the tank" . This is a level 2-3 class and Kira expects that you are ready to work at that level and burn some serious calories. Kira is this little piece of solid muscle with ripped abs, who challenges you to push through plateaus to make the changes in your body that you want.
Kira composes the class with various exercises, hitting all parts of the body in sets of 3, using high intensity intervals, strength training, balance, core, and your own body weight..hence the name: 360.
From the moment the class starts to the very end, there is non-stop movement. She commands that everyone have body awareness and gives spot-on clues to do so. She is beyond creative when it comes to doing unique circuits and drills. We use steppers, glides, medicine balls., weights, and even the outdoor track!!!
All body parts are worked to fatigue including her amazing upper and lower body endurance blasts at the end.
Kira has a following like no other. Her "regulars:" wouldn't miss this class for the world and never make any other plans on "Kira days". Take this class just once and you will find that no one will push you out of your comfort zone like Kira!!!
