Best spin instructor I've had....
I have been an avid spinner for 10 years and I have to say that Grant is the best instructor that I have ever had!!!! He creates challenging rides that make you want to come back for more. I have been going to his classes for about a year now and I have definitely realized a significant increase in my fitness level. Plus, he is very encouraging instructor which I like. I truly look forward coming to class every week.
