Yes, this is another "Grant is awesome" review...
Grant teaches an hour long class on the UWS -- where it's easy to get a bike. Grant's expectations are clear, he doesn't shout at you, and that thing he does -- the "bup, bup, bup" thing -- get's you completely in tune with where he wants you to be. I really can't say enough; he is really an asset to flywheel. I consistently pull my highest numbers with Grant.
